You don't know where to start
Most people don't, and that's fine. You don't need to research anything, buy anything, or get in shape first. Reach out and I'll hand you week one.
Certified personal training · In person & online
I just want people to be healthy — whatever your starting point looks like. No judgment, no guesswork, and no assumption that you already know what you're doing.
Why I coach
I just want people to be healthy. It doesn't matter what your background is.
Maybe you're carrying weight you feel awful about and you want to change, but you have no idea where to even start.
Maybe you're fighting something you can't seem to stay away from, and every time you stop there's nothing healthy or structured waiting to take its place.
Maybe you're a parent working full time, raising kids, showing up for everyone else, and there has never been a spare hour to go research how any of this works.
None of that disqualifies you. It just means the plan has to be built for your life — and someone has to keep you on it. That's the job.
Andrew Witt, Witt.FitWho it's for
If any of this sounds like you, you're exactly who I built this for.
Most people don't, and that's fine. You don't need to research anything, buy anything, or get in shape first. Reach out and I'll hand you week one.
Stopping something is only half of it. A planned week gives you a healthy, structured place for that energy to go, and a reason to show up on the days it's hard.
Work, kids, family, everyone who needs something from you. The plan gets built around the hours you actually have — not the ones you'd have in a different life.
You've read enough. What's missing isn't information, it's structure and someone who checks in every week whether or not you feel like being checked on.
I'm a certified personal trainer, not a doctor or a clinician. Coaching sits alongside medical care or a recovery program — never in place of it. If you're working with a provider, I'm glad to build around what they've told you.
The method
Motivation runs out — everybody's does. A planned week doesn't. Every client gets a week laid out in advance, and every week ends with a check-in that decides what the next one looks like.
Twelve weeks of a real training block. You always know what today is for.

What clients say
Andrew has helped me level up not only my fitness, but my mindset and daily habits. He provides a personalized meal plan every week, keeps me accountable, and gives me a clear roadmap instead of leaving me guessing.
Ryan Botner
It was my first time ever getting a personal trainer and he was very accommodating to my goals and also very supportive on my progress. Very easy to work with. I would highly recommend him.
Tearney Johnson
He helped me completely transform my physique, build confidence, and develop habits that have stuck with me years later. He takes the time to understand each person's goals and creates a realistic path to get there.
Stephen Vetter
Working with Andrew remotely from Germany was one of the best decisions I made for my health. In 3 months I put on noticeable muscle and he held me accountable every single week without fail.
